About ROFAB in Västerbotten
ROFAB has been a locally owned company since its inception in 1983. With our own premises of 1000 sqm in Ånäset, as well as a large contact network, we have created a stable platform for good service.
Our business
Our business is divided into four areas:
- Inventory and distribution of fasteners,
- Manufacture of balancers.
- Manufacture of castings,
- Manufacture of gears
Our customers are mainly in the engineering, pulp and mining industries.
History
1983
Starts Hjalmar Pettersson Robertsfors Sales HB.
The office was located in a basement in Robertsfors community, the business consisted of sales of castings from the beginning.
1985
Moves office, workshop and warehouse to Ånäset. The business is expanded with sales and inventory of fasteners (screw, nut ..) and manufacture of balance blocks and gearboxes.
1987
A new warehouse of about 500 sqm is being built.
The bus operation starts.
2023
New owner: Anens Holding
